Original 1974 Terrazzo Restoration, Fort Myers, Fl. A real jewel! First we started with a #30 Grit Metal Dot Diamond Infused Disk then we made several passes North to South, then East to West. Large amounts of Slurry is removed after each set of Grinding Tooling we use! #30, #60, #120 Metal Dot Diamond infused Disk! After all 3 sets of grinding, we then decide what strength of floor treatment to use? We can apply up to a Max of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide.
After floor treatment, we start Honing! Just like with the Grinding Tooling! Floors are cleaned between each grit we run! We use a Diamond infused Resin Pad starting with #50, #100, #200, #400, #800 running each grit several passes North to South then East to West. This process ensures the look we aim to achieve!
We do a very thorough cleaning of the terrazzo! We let the terrazzo dry and start to apply a Water-Based Acrylic Sealer. Applying 4 Coats will give a Beautiful High Gloss Finish! Our Main Goal is Customer Satisfaction! We Strive to achieve a 5 Star rating on every floor!
