Carefully Removing the Thinset! Once that is done. Now the fun begins! Grinding on the Terrazzo with a Metal Dot Diamond infused Grinding Disk #30 collecting massive amounts of slurry grinding North to South, East to West several passes. Making sure all slurry is clean up is very important!
Next we will continue Grinding with a Metal Dot Diamond infused Grinding Disk #60 several passes North to South, East to West. Massive amounts of slurry was collected and cleaned up. Continuing the process with a Metal Dot Diamond infused Grinding Disk #120 massive amounts of slurry was collected and cleaned up! Floor Treatment is Applied!
Next we start Honing with a Diamond infused Resin #50, #100, #200, #400, #800 grit! Several passes North to South, East to West is made. Massive amounts of slurry was cleaned up between each grit. We did the same process with the Metal Dot Diamond infused Grinding Disk Tooling. Grinding, Honing, Polishing has the same process.
